Keeping up with the latest YA Books is a hard thing to do. There is always a new author, new story, new love triangle. The most practical way to find out what is a good story and what can be passed up on is local bloggers and websites such as LibraryThing or Goodreads.
A favorite local blogger who is always in the know is Nely at All About {N}. You can never go wrong with her book recommendations, her critiques are on point, her rating system is simple enough for a young reader to understand and the detail she gives in her reviews (while including spoilers) help the reader decide whether or not the story is really for them. Some of the features that her readers love the most about her blog are her regular book giveaways and the Bookcase of the week. This is really a book lovers blog, especially for those who prefer books of the Young Adult and Romance variety.
